About Us

Overlooking a quiet valley, the studio offers a calm, restorative space to move, strengthen, and reconnect with your body. With 6 Reformer beds, our classes are intentionally intimate – ensuring personal attention and a supportive atmosphere.

 

Each session is led by highly trained and experienced Pilates teachers, who carefully adapt every movement to suit your ability, whether you're a complete beginner or more advanced. We welcome clients aged 18+  and all fitness levels are encouraged.

The space also offers private hire, as well as 1-1 and 2-1 classes.

 

Please note, we do not currently offer classes for pregnant individuals.
